This ship unloader is used in coal unloading of 3,000 DWT river barge, 5,000 DWT river and seagoing vessels, and 10,000 DWT seagoing vessel. The overhanging girder of ship unloader can pull and push to meet berthing demands of seagoing vessel, with operation capacity of 800t/h.

Grab bucket of ship unloader lifts and lows, opens and closes; Trolley running under power, gantry travelling mechanism can realizes operation independently or combined action; main luffing mechanism should operates after other mechanisms stop up to the safe position. In order to guarantee safe and reliable operation, the ship unloader is equipped with various necessary safety protection and indicator devices.

The ship unloader is equipped with hopper with receiving belt conveyor on the gantry waterside, with belt width of 1.2m and speed of 2.0m/s, the receiving belt conveyor supplies mine for belt conveyor on the dock through feeding machine.

Hoisting and trolley driving of the ship unloader adopt linkage technology of planetary reducer, which makes that hoisting and trolley mechanism share four steel wire ropes and greatly reduces length and number of ropes, and work load of maintenance.
